Caitlin is an extremely efficient, diligent, detail oriented and ambitious Chef, originally from Louisiana. She was thrown into the deep end when she joined her first yacht, the 228-foot M/Y THE GRAND LUX over six years ago, assisting them as a Stew/Cook for a crew of eight. This planted the cooking seed in her head, and after 4 years as a Stewardess/Cook/Stew, she joined a prestigious 2-year intensive program in Lafayette to obtain her Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. She is a versatile Chef who excels at cooking an array of dishes from all over the world, from Asian fusion to classic American, Cajun or Creole to Mediterranean, including a variety of health focused meals and comfort foods for guests with regimented diets.
