    With over 25 years in the yachting industry, and nearly two decades as a captain, Joshua brings a wealth of experience to MARTITA. He has helmed a number of prestigious yachts, including several iconic Riva models, consistently delivering outstanding charter experiences throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean. Renowned for his calm, professional leadership and meticulous attention to detail, Joshua combines strong technical expertise with a hands-on approach to engineering systems and ISM procedures, ensuring every element of the yacht operates to the highest standard. Guests can expect smooth cruising, bespoke itineraries, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere onboard — whether it’s a relaxed family holiday or a luxury escape. When not on the bridge, Joshua is passionate about photography, golf, and water sports, and enjoys sharing his enthusiasm for the sea with guests along the way

    Natalie Kluever

    Stewardess

    Originally from South Africa, Natalie brings over a decade of experience as a sole/chief/housekeeping stewardess. Before joining MARTITA, she worked on various yachts ranging from 27m to 43m in size, as well as land-based positions all over the world, where she gained experience in working with VVIP guests. Committed to continuous improvement, Natalie has recently completed a GUEST Professional Food Service program, as well as a Flower Arrangement workshop. She is experienced in Silver Service and Fine Dining, knowledgeable in wine pairing and spirits, creative table setting and coordinating events onboard. She also holds GUEST Senior Stewardess and 200H Hatha Toga Instructor certificates. Natalie is well-prepared to contribute her versatile skills and high energy to ensure an unforgettable charter experience for every guest. Natalie speaks English and some basic Spanish.
