He pursued this passion at the University of Northampton, where he also studied Sports Science and Business. After graduation, Ray played semi-pro rugby in Italy for two years before starting his yachting career. He began with sailboats and later switched to motor yachts, accumulating nearly 14 years of experience. With three transatlantic crossings under his belt and extensive travel in the Mediterranean and Caribbean, Ray is a competent sailor. As a water sports enthusiast, Ray is eager to help guests make the most of their time on board.

    Kostiantyn Galchenko is a highly experienced marine engineer with over 12 years in the maritime industry. His professional background includes extensive work in repairs, preventative and emergency maintenance, overhauling, manufacturing, and re-manufacturing. He has managed complex projects involving complete equipment removals and refits, mechanical overhauls, and structural painting during yard periods, always ensuring full compliance with class and flag survey requirements. Known for his strong teamwork and communication skills, Kostiantyn values maintaining excellent working relationships with vessel captains and all onboard departments to support efficient and safe operations. He holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Engineering from Odessa National Maritime Academy, completed in 2022. In addition, he earned a Master’s degree in Project Management from Odessa National Maritime University between 2010 and 2016.

    Velemir is a highly accomplished professional chef with seventeen years of experience in top-tier restaurants and aboard iconic superyachts. His career has taken him from the role of Sole Chef on a 40-meter yacht to Head Pastry Chef on a 107-meter vessel, consistently delivering exceptional culinary experiences for up to thirty guests onboard. Before entering the yachting industry, Velemir honed his skills as a Sous Chef at a hotel in Devon, where he developed a deep appreciation for fresh, high-quality ingredients and carefully crafted flavor profiles. His talent and dedication led him to the Michelin-starred La Gavroche in London, working under the guidance of renowned chef Michel Roux Jr., whom he regards as a mentor. He went on to further his career in some of London’s most prestigious Michelin-starred kitchens, including the five-star Langham and Landmark hotels. Passionate about his craft, Velemir is committed to excellence and takes pride in delivering outstanding service and cuisine to every guest onboard.

Since then, she has gained valuable experience working as both a Sole Stewardess and Second Stewardess on yachts ranging from 22 to 47 meters. Jai thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and enjoys being part of a hardworking, collaborative team. Outside of yachting, Jai leads an active lifestyle and enjoys reading, spinning, skiing, and swimming—pursuits that reflect her energetic and well-rounded personality.

    Phoebe began her journey in the yachting industry in 2023, inspired by her older brother’s footsteps and built on a solid foundation of experience in the service sector. Since then, she has worked as a Second Stewardess aboard various 40-meter yachts cruising the Mediterranean, earning a reputation for her professionalism, attention to detail, and strong service skills. In addition to her stewardess duties, Phoebe has developed a growing passion for mixology, continuously expanding her knowledge and creativity with cocktails and beverages. Energetic and personable, she enjoys staying active in her spare time through netball, swimming, and a competitive game of padel. With her enthusiasm, adaptability, and commitment to excellence, Phoebe brings both charm and capability to any crew she joins.
