    Juan Galli was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, he fell in love with sailing at 16 years old and has not stopped since. He has explored many parts of the world by boat, cruising the Caribbean and Mediterranean as well as having a few Pacific and Atlantic ocean crossings under his belt. Juan loves discovering new places and sharing his love of exploring with the guests. Like many captains he came to Palma de Mallorca which he now calls home. In his spare time he enjoys travelling.

    Cristina was born and raised in Mallorca so grew up around boats, she has spent the past decade working on various yachts. She loves cooking and focuses on sourcing local produce. Cristina enjoys amplifying simple flavours and presents all of her dishes beautifully. Her role on board also encompasses that of stewardess where she takes pride in maintaining the boat to an excellent standard.

    Growing up in the South East of England, Leila spent her formative years exploring the South Downs by foot and the coast of Turkey by boat. Family holidays at sea is where she is happiest and where she fell in love with sailing. Leila has been working on yachts for the past 4 years enjoying the long deliveries and short hop explorer trips in equal measure. In her spare time she enjoys cycling, hiking and discovering all the unique places along the way. Leila also has a photography degree with a particular interest in capturing adventure sports.
