His tenure as charter captain onboard M/Y Olympia, M/Y Joan Marie M/Y Selfie, M/Y Voyager II and M/Y Mike showcases his ability to manage complex operations while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of his guests Captain Dimitris is passionate about creating interesting and unique itineraries for his guests. Beyond the helm, he finds joy in the tranquility of the open sea, pursuing his passions for sailing and scuba diving with zest and dedication.

    Pavlos is a highly accomplished chef with nearly three decades of extensive experience in both the yachting and fine dining industries. Before joining Spica, Pavlos refined his culinary skills aboard various motor yachts, including M/Y Endless Summer (40m), M/Y Albator (30m), M/Y Alma (35m), and M/Y Mabrouk (40m), among others. His expertise extends beyond yachts to high-end restaurants in Athens, Mykonos, and Santorini, where he worked at renowned establishments such as Athenee (formerly Zonars), Pasaji, 1500 Restaurant, and Interni. A graduate of the Professional Cook School ‘Palmie,’ Pavlos has supplemented his formal education with numerous specialized seminars, covering HACCP standards, molecular gastronomy, and gluten-free and lactose-free courses. His culinary prowess has also been showcased on the TV show "Chef on Air" on SKAI Channel. Additionally, he earned third prize in the Pan-Hellenic Cooking Festival 2005 for Mediterranean Cuisine, underscoring his exceptional talent and dedication to his craft.
