A graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy of Crete, he has been dedicated to the maritime industry since 1999, accumulating extensive expertise across various vessel types, including motor yachts, ferry boats, cruise ships, and tankers. Throughout his career, he has held key engineering positions, from 3rd Engineer to Chief Engineer, ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and efficiency of every vessel he serves. Currently, he is the 2nd Engineer aboard Motor Yacht Reboot, where he applies his technical skills and problem-solving abilities to maintain top-tier performance. Certified in tanker safety, ship security, and rescue and firefighting services, he prioritizes safety and regulatory compliance. Fluent in Greek and English, he seamlessly collaborates with diverse crews and leadership teams. Married and deeply committed to his profession, he continues to contribute to the success of every voyage with his extensive knowledge and hands-on experience.

A graduate of Delta Cooking School and a proud member of the Greek Chefs Club, he has honed his craft in some of Greece’s most renowned establishments, including Santorini Palace, Metropolitan Hotel, and Kappari Restaurant. His expertise extends to menu creation, restaurant supervision, and leading culinary teams, making him a sought-after executive chef in both fine dining and yachting. Since 2016, he has brought his exceptional culinary talents to luxury yachts such as Insignia, Iris, Zen, and Idyllic, ensuring an unparalleled dining experience for guests. In addition to his work as a chef, he shares his knowledge as a cooking school instructor at IEK Omiros, inspiring the next generation of culinary professionals.
