Crafted by the Italian shipyard Codecasa, whose heritage dates back to 1825, BON VIVANT is a prime example of the yard’s expertise in aluminium yacht construction. Delivered in 2013, she was recognised as a finalist at both the World Superyacht Awards and the ShowBoats Design Awards in 2014, underlining her quality and design credentials. Combining performance with seaworthiness, this custom-built yacht embodies high-spec engineering throughout, further enhanced by a significant refit in 2020 focused on elevating the onboard experience.
Accommodation on BON VIVANT is centred around a full-beam owner’s suite on the main deck, offering two dressing rooms, two bathrooms, a private balcony and direct access to both a private study and the onboard gym. Additional guest accommodation is located on the lower deck and is comprised of one VIP double cabin, one double cabin and three twin cabins. All guest suites are equipped with en suite facilities and integrated entertainment systems, ensuring a consistent level of comfort throughout.
The interior, designed by Anna Maria and Franco Della Role, is contemporary, light-filled and designed to maximise flow between spaces. The main salon opens onto the aft deck through large sliding doors, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. Guests can enjoy panoramic views from the open-plan lounge or make use of the upgraded AV system, while formal dining is situated on the main deck. The bridge deck salon also connects directly to the bridge deck aft, reinforcing the open and social layout. Externally, BON VIVANT’s sleek and sporty lines by Andrea Bacigalupo are complemented by a top speed of 25 knots. Deck spaces are generous and well configured, with sun loungers and al fresco dining on the upper deck, alongside custom seating and large sunpads on the foredeck. At anchor, gyroscopic zero-speed stabilisers enhance comfort, particularly around the spacious beach club.
BON VIVANT is exceptionally well equipped for both on-water adventure and onboard wellbeing. Her 7m Castoldi tender, powered by a 235kW diesel jet engine, comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests plus crew and delivers impressive performance for transfers and watersports alike. The yacht’s extensive toy collection includes two jet skis, a Jet Surf, an electric foil board and two SeaBobs for high-speed thrills, alongside paddleboards, kayaks and a variety of towable toys for more relaxed enjoyment. Waterskiing, wakeboarding and snorkelling equipment further enhance the offering, ensuring something for every guest. Complementing this active lifestyle, the onboard gym is fully equipped with a treadmill, rowing machine, spinning bike and Kinesis machine, as well as two Lagree Pilates reformers, a massage table and yoga mats.
Balancing the thrill of speed with a refined onboard lifestyle, BON VIVANT presents a compelling proposition as a high-performance sports yacht that does not compromise on comfort, space or guest experience.
