Jenny Mullen’s career in the luxury yacht charter industry began long before she entered charter management. Originally from London, England, she studied Business and Finance before launching her professional career with the globally recognized sports management company IMG, where she specialized in the international sales of premium sports footage and media rights.
Her passion for travel and life on the water eventually led her into the yachting world. Jenny began her yachting career aboard a 50-meter motor yacht in the South of France and spent years cruising some of the world’s most sought-after destinations, including the Mediterranean, Caribbean, North America, Pacific, and Asia. Those experiences gave her a firsthand understanding of yacht operations, guest expectations, crew dynamics, and the level of detail required to deliver exceptional onboard experiences.
After relocating to Fort Lauderdale to raise her family, Jenny remained closely connected to the luxury yacht industry by providing shoreside support to a prominent American yacht owner. Over time, she transitioned into luxury yacht charter management full-time and has now spent more than a decade overseeing successful charter programs for a wide range of yachts.
Today, Jenny leads the charter management division at Worth Avenue Yachts, where she works closely with yacht owners, captains, charter brokers, and industry partners around the world. Her approach to yacht charter management combines operational knowledge, strategic marketing, and long-standing industry relationships to help maximize charter visibility, guest satisfaction, and owner success. She also collaborates closely with the firm’s global retail charter team to support charter growth across multiple markets.
