Jérôme Lancery

Jérôme spent his childhood sailing and flying in hot air balloons with his father almost every weekend.

His love for the sea led him to excel in competitive sailing, including windsurfing and, more recently wing foil class. Jérôme also served as a sailing instructor and later became a captain on a Mangusta 80. In parallel, Jérôme launched his career as a yacht broker with Bristol Marine Yacht International in the South of France, participating in major yachting events and exhibitions in Cannes and Monaco in the early 2000s.

In 2005, Jerome left the yachting industry to integrate a program with CGG Veritas, where he specialized in seismic data analysis and positioning systems. ( CGG Veritas is the world leader to provide 3D view of the seabed for Petroleum companies, BP, Shell, Petrobras… )

After a decade in the petroleum industry, travelling worldwide on various seismic ships, Jérôme went back to university in Paris and pursued a law degree, obtaining a license from the CNOSF (the French National Olympic and Sports Committee), which allowed him to become a certified sports agent. In 2015, Jérôme founded his own agency, managing professional football players’ careers and transferring players to the most prestigious football clubs.

Also passionate with horses, Jérôme participated in many horse shows and he is very familiar with Wellington horses facilities (Palm Beach)

During the summer of 2025, Jerome is returning to the yachting industry, then in October, he joined the team of Worth Avenue Yachts as a yacht broker to bring his extensive expertise.
