Michael brings a lifetime of boating experience and a genuine passion for the water to Worth Avenue Yachts. He has owned, operated, maintained, and navigated numerous vessels and has cruised the east coast of the United States – from New York through the Florida Keys – as well as extensively throughout the Bahamas, British Virgin Islands, and down to St. Barth.
Michael has held a USCG Captain’s License for nearly 30 years and brings decades of hands-on experience with vessel deliveries, ownership, maintenance, and refit projects. That combination allows him to offer clients a practical, real-world understanding of yacht systems, operating considerations, and the realities of ownership.
Before joining Worth Avenue Yachts, Michael spent more than 25 years building and operating primarily service-oriented businesses, with direct involvement in complex transactions, including multiple acquisitions and successful exits. That experience naturally complements yacht brokerage, where thoughtful guidance, strong client service, careful negotiation, and attention to detail are essential to a smooth transaction.
Michael represents yacht owners, buyers, and luxury charter clients with a consultative, no-pressure approach. He takes the time to understand each client’s goals and priorities, helping them navigate the process with clarity and confidence while working to ensure a seamless and rewarding ownership experience.
A Florida native, Michael has fished his entire life – often competitively – along Florida’s east coast, the Florida Keys, and throughout the Bahamas. Happily married with a daughter and a black lab, he also enjoys boating, diving, air boating, beach time, family time, and travel. He spends as much time as possible in the Caribbean and the mountains of North Carolina. His work in yacht brokerage is driven by a lifelong love of boating and a sincere desire to help others enjoy the yachting lifestyle to its fullest.
