Dr. Tomell DuBose is a luxury yacht consultant whose career spans dentistry, entrepreneurship, and now the yachting industry. A Detroit native, his love for boating began during summers spent navigating the waters of Upper Michigan and the Detroit River, a passion that has transformed into a mission to help others embrace the joys of yachting.
Before entering the yacht industry, Dr. DuBose excelled in implant dentistry. He earned a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Howard University and a specialty certificate in Prosthodontics from the University of Michigan. His career highlights include serving as a clinical instructor, providing dental care in underserved communities in Ghana, and establishing a successful private practice specializing in Full Mouth Rehabilitation.
Dr. DuBose’s dedication to mentorship led him to found the DuBose Institute for Dentistry and the Mastermind Institute, where he supported the professional growth of dental experts through education and entrepreneurship programs.
Recently, Dr. DuBose brought his entrepreneurial spirit to the luxury yacht industry. Relocating to Palm Beach, he joined Worth Avenue Yachts, offering a fresh perspective and client-focused approach. Leveraging his technical expertise and business acumen, he guides clients through yacht ownership, from design and performance to maintenance and customization, all while providing concierge-level service to ensure every detail is flawlessly executed.
His global network and negotiation skills ensure clients receive exclusive opportunities and favorable terms. Beyond sales, Dr. DuBose prioritizes after-sales service, providing support with crew hiring, maintenance, and upgrades.
