    Wa offers a beautiful three stateroom layout with a king size berth in the full-beam master cabin amidships with an en-suite head and stall shower. Large windows to port and starboard provide an expansive view from this cabin. The VIP guest cabin with large island berth is forward with an over/under bunk room and second head and stall shower below decks. Up a few stairs you are in the raised helm area with outside doors to port and starboard and navigator bench seat with table. Down three steps you are in the U-shaped galley to port with full size refrigerator and freezer to stbd with ice maker. The main salon has a large U-shaped settee to port and two easy chairs to stbd. This is a warm and inviting space where you will want to spend a lot of time. Under the cockpit is a captains quarters used right now for storage. Outside boasts a large cockpit, comfortable bow seating, and a huge flybridge with dinghy and hydraulic dinghy lift. Well equipped with twin 600 hp Cummins diesels, bow and stern thrusters, 13.5 kw Onan generator, chilled water reverse cycle air conditioning - heat, full electronics including open array radar, multiple MFD screens, AIS transceiver, autopilot, wind information.     The Owners Stateroom is amidships and is a real sanctuary. This full-beam master features a king berth accessible from both sides. There is a desk and stool to stbd and a cabinet to port. End tables on either side of the bed have a nice reading lamp above. There are huge windows through the hull to let you feel connected to the outside. Each has a opening portlight for some fresh air ventilation. Two large linen/clothing closets and a hanging locker provide ample storage. Up a couple of stairs and you have the private Owners Head with Corian counter and integral sink and vacuum toilet. Mirrored lockers for storage and a opening portlight provide plenty of light. There is a separate stall shower with acrylic doors and another opening port in the shower.

    The VIP Guest cabin is forward. This space features large windows out the hull, opening portlights, a deck hatch with shade and screen over the large queen size island berth. A bookcase and hanging locker are to port. Just aft to port is a Bunk Room with over/under bunks, windows, and a locker used now for storage, and across the passage is a second Guest Head similar to the owners head with white Corian counter, integral sink, vacuum toilet, mirrored lockers, a stall shower with acrylic doors and opening portlights in the shower and head.

    Up the stairs you enter the Raised Helm with the helm console offset to stbd adjacent the stbd sliding door out to the side decks. There is a second door out to port. The helm is a command central with all the gauges and electronics you want for safe operation. The helm seat is large and comfortable and controlled electrically for height and proximity to the wheel. There is a large leather rimmed stainless destroyer wheel, twin single lever controls, bow and stern thruster joy stick controls, Aft in this space is a double bench companion seat raised up on a platform for added forward visibility with a table. Two sliding doors for access from the helm to the port and stbd side decks.

    Down three steps you enter the Galley. This is a chef's kitchen with lots of counter space for meal prep. The long U-shape is secure at sea. There is a three burner electric cooktop (with pot holders). Other features include a Cuisinart Convection Microwave oven, a Danby dishwasher, small appliances, full size Vitrifrigo refrigerator and freezer and an ice maker. There is a set of Beneteau dishware that will convey.

    Just aft of the galley is the large and comfortable Main Salon. The U-shaped lounge is to port and surrounds a large table. Note, the table hi-low function is not currently working. Across from the settee is a cabinet with built-in hideaway flat screen TV and dish controls. Windows surround this space to the sides and aft through sliding glass doors to the cockpit. The two side windows open for fresh air. Curtains for privacy and floor carpet also add to the warm and inviting appeal of this space. Access to the cockpit is through large sliding glass doors.
