(YBAA) was founded in 1920 and is the oldest and largest purely professional yacht broker association in the world, with Corporate members (brokerage firms & their brokers) and Affiliate members (companies providing services and products to the industry) throughout the U.S. and Canada. YBAA members are committed to professionalism, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, have access to standardized yacht transaction contracts and provide educational services throughout the industry. YBAA is also a founder of the Certified Professional Yacht Broker (CPYB) program, co-sponsored by every yacht broker association in the U.S. and Canada.
