- Has 2+ years of charter broker experience in the luxury yachting sector
- Possesses a proven book of business and excels in a commission-based environment
- Demonstrates exceptional communication, responsiveness, and client relationship skills
- Understands the operations and nuances of crewed charter yachts
- Thrives in fast-paced, international settings — boat shows, travel, and client events included
