Home Superyacht news From Relaxation to Adventure: Life Onboard TOP FIVE II
Some charter yachts do one thing well. TOP FIVE II does the full range. Delivered by Royal Hakvoort in 2021, this 200′ 2″ (61.00m) yacht accommodates 12 guests across seven staterooms with a crew of 19.
The program onboard covers everything from a quiet afternoon in the spa to a morning dive on a reef. This is what defines a TOP FIVE II charter … deep rest and open-water adventure, available on the same yacht, often on the same day.
TOP FIVE II runs a dedicated spa and wellness program with a treatment room that looks straight out to the water. The onboard spa menu covers a range of massage and bodywork, including:
Treatments are delivered by an experienced onboard spa team. Massage spans Swedish, deep tissue, holistic full-body and hot stone, and the team also brings energy healing, yoga, sound healing and chanting into sessions for guests after something more meditative. Facials, manicures and pedicures round out the menu.
Beyond the treatment room, wellness runs through the whole yacht: an onboard sauna, a fully equipped gym for strength and cardio work, and private Pilates and yoga sessions held against panoramic ocean views.
For guests who want to get in the water, TOP FIVE II carries a complete PADI dive program led by instructor JP Brits. JP trained in the Indian Ocean at Sodwana Bay, South Africa, and went on to specialize in shark diving in Mozambique, working with bull, tiger and hammerhead sharks. He also has extensive wreck-diving experience across the Mediterranean and Caribbean, and his approach centers on safety, respect for marine ecosystems and getting divers comfortable in the water.
The yacht is set up to support divers of every level and size. Onboard equipment includes Scuba Pro BCDs, regulators and dive computers, eight tanks, and a full range of wetsuits, fins, masks, snorkels, booties and weights sized from XX-small through XX-large. A dedicated chase boat runs guests out to dive sites, so reefs and wrecks beyond the anchorage stay within reach.
Whether a guest arrives certified and ready for a full dive itinerary or steps up to scuba for the first time, the program meets them where they are.
What makes a TOP FIVE II charter work is the range built into the yacht itself. A dedicated Owner’s Deck, a large upper-deck pool and bow Jacuzzi, a fire pit on the top deck, a media room and an elevator serving all decks mean guests can shape each day around what they actually feel like doing.
A morning might start with a dive, move to lunch on deck, and end with a massage and a soak in the Jacuzzi as the sun drops. Large ceiling heights on the Owner’s Deck and main salon keep the interior open and comfortable, and the yacht is fuel-efficient and long-range capable … useful for itineraries that cover more ground.
From spa days to dive days, TOP FIVE II is built to handle a group with mixed interests without compromise. To check availability, request rates or talk through an itinerary, reach out to your Worth Avenue Yachts charter broker.
