Captain Louis is a native of the Commonwealth of Virginia. He joined the United States Coast Guard in 1980 and retired after a long successful 33-year career in 2013. During his career Captain Louis gained extensive experience in a multitude of vessel up to 205 feet long. He has sailed the Atlantic, Caribbean Sea, Gulf of Mexico, Pacific Ocean, and just recently successfully piloted Scott Free from Ft Lauderdale to the Great Lakes for the summer through Nova Scotia and the St. Lawrence Seaway. Captain Louis began his career in private yachting shortly after his retirement. As Captain of the M/Y Illusions, a 104 Versilcraft, he and his crew expertly entertained many high profile charter clients. His charter destinations include Nassau, the Exumas, Eleuthera, Bimini, and South Florida. He is enthusiastic about his responsibilities and continuously strives to provide the best charter experience for each and every guest. As a result of this passion Captain Louis and crew enjoyed entertaining many a repeat customer. After the recent sale of M/Y Illusions, Louis accepted the position as Captain aboard M/Y Scott Free and is excited about the upcoming charter season on a new boat with enormous potential. When not Captaining and entertaining clients, Louis enjoys outdoor recreation. Hiking, biking, and off-road adventures.

Esteban grew up in South Florida in the suburbs of Cooper City. His love of the ocean is what drew him into the marine industry. Esteban first started working as a crew member onboard a 116’ Azimut in 2016 while still being enrolled at school. Upon graduating from Florida International University, he continued his career and began working full time on board vessels. He has spent the past 5 years gathering experience on various yachts cruising throughout Florida, Bahamas, and the east coast from Ft. Lauderdale to New York. In his spare time, Esteban enjoys water activities, outdoor team sports, and running. Esteban’s experience and ability will make your time on board M/Y Scott Free safe and enjoyable.

Lisa has been in the yachting industry since the early 90s working on various size vessels in the Caribbean Northeast and Europe. Her home base is Ft Lauderdale Florida and loves to travel in her spare time. “I enjoy spending time and getting to know new people. It brings great joy to me to see our guests experience the best of their vacation and enjoying their time aboard. “
