I graduated from The New York Restaurant School with an Associates of Occupational Studies in Culinary Management. I have worked in some of the finest restaurants in New York City. I have over twenty years experience in hospitality, and I enjoy it immensely. My specialties include American, Italian, Mexican, and Southern cuisine. I always try to exceed the guests expectations. My goal is to be an asset to any chef organization that I am a part of and to continue to progress. Yachting is such a dynamic field that it encourages me to be innovative and stay creative. I look forward to having you aboard.
