Brian Tansey, the acclaimed Fort Lauderdale yacht broker, was born and raised in South Florida. Brian’s passion for the water started very early in life and his love of yachting continues today. During high school, before he could even drive a car, Brian commuted by boat to his first job at Basset Boat Company, the largest Sea Ray dealer in the world.
As the former vice president of an international yacht company, Brian brings to Worth Avenue Yachts nearly two decades of managerial experience in the mega yacht sales industry. He successfully spearheaded the growth of the company to a total of seven offices, located in key yachting areas around the world. In addition to the expansion of the mega yacht sales division, Brian developed and expanded their yacht management and yacht charter divisions.
After seeing the need for a fresh approach to doing business in the yachting world—most importantly, giving more attention to the customer—Brian recognized that time is often the client’s most valued asset.
