Christopher Donahoe helps clients navigate the purchase and sale of luxury motor yachts, performance yachts and superyachts, with a particular focus on yachts valued at $1 million and above.
Based in Fort Lauderdale and backed by Worth Avenue Yachts’ global network, Christopher combines a career in high-value sales and client advisory with a lifelong connection to the water.
His career began working with marine mammals, where he learned to observe behavior, understand motivation, establish trust, and identify the steps necessary to achieve a desired outcome. That foundation became the basis for his approach to sales—and ultimately to yacht brokerage.
Today, Christopher applies that same philosophy to yacht acquisition: understand the client first, define the desired outcome, then build the strategy to get there.
For buyers, that means looking beyond the obvious listings to understand how a yacht will actually fit their lifestyle, cruising plans, family, entertaining needs and long-term ownership goals. Christopher provides guidance throughout the acquisition process, including yacht selection, market evaluation, negotiation, survey, sea trial, due diligence, and closing.
His focus is particularly suited to clients seeking luxury motor yachts in the $1M+ range, including first-time owners, experienced yacht owners looking for their next vessel, and clients seeking yachts for cruising throughout South Florida, the Bahamas and Caribbean.
Christopher also believes that luxury should feel welcoming to everyone. As an openly gay man, he is particularly committed to creating a comfortable, judgment-free environment for LGBTQ+ clients and couples—one where clients can ask questions openly, discuss their priorities honestly and feel confident that their perspective will be understood and respected.
The objective is simple: not to sell a particular yacht, but to understand the life a client wants to live and help them find the yacht that makes it possible.
