KETTRA FERDA — Born and raised in Montana, Kettra developed an early love for the outdoors and adventure travel. At 18, she moved to Fort Lauderdale to pursue a career in yachting. After attending the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, she joined her first vessel as a sole stewardess and spent the next eight years at sea, steadily advancing through the ranks.
Kettra brings 17 years of maritime industry experience to her role, including a background in personal assistance and estate management for ultra-high-net-worth clients. During this time, she oversaw luxury residences and yachts throughout Costa Rica, Mexico and the Bahamas.
After establishing Fort Lauderdale as her permanent home in 2018, Kettra transitioned into yacht management and charter fleet operations. Since 2021, she has specialized in Charter Management, supporting yacht owners and captains in developing successful charter programs. Her experience includes managing the 65-meter Codecasa ETERNITY and the 43-meter Overmarine Mangusta HALARA, giving her valuable expertise in the operational, marketing and guest-service requirements of large charter yachts.
Kettra regularly attends charter yacht shows throughout the Caribbean, Bahamas and New England, allowing her to maintain strong relationships with charter brokers and stay closely informed about destinations, market trends and client expectations. As part of the Worth Avenue Yachts Charter Management team, she combines firsthand crew experience, operational knowledge and industry relationships to position each yacht effectively and deliver exceptional charter experiences.
