Lindsey Eastes is a yacht charter management professional and maritime business professional overseeing a fleet of eight luxury charter yachts operating throughout Alaska, British Columbia, Washington State, and Mexico. As Charter Yacht Manager for Worth Avenue Yachts, she specializes in charter program development, owner advisory services, regulatory compliance, vessel marketing, luxury guest experiences, and charter revenue optimization.
Born and raised in Idaho, Lindsey developed a lifelong connection to the water while exploring the state’s lakes and rivers, including Lake Coeur d’Alene, Lake Pend Oreille, and the Snake River. Since relocating to Washington, she has immersed herself in the boating culture of the Pacific Northwest and developed a deep appreciation for the region’s world-class cruising destinations, from the San Juan Islands and Puget Sound to Desolation Sound and British Columbia’s Inside Passage.
A graduate of the University of Idaho with degrees in Political Science and Philosophy, Lindsey combines analytical thinking, relationship-centered leadership, and operational expertise in her approach to yacht management. Prior to joining the charter team at Worth Avenue Yachts, she developed significant experience in vessel transactions and title services at Pacific Maritime Title, helping clients successfully navigate yacht purchases, sales, financing, and ownership transfers.
Since joining Worth Avenue Yachts in 2019, Lindsey has played an integral role in the growth and development of charter operations across the West Coast. She has helped launch and support charter programs, navigate complex regulatory requirements, develop customized vessel marketing strategies, and create exceptional charter experiences tailored to each client’s goals. Her expertise spans charter management, owner services, contract administration, business operations, marketing strategy, and luxury hospitality.
Known for her collaborative approach and commitment to personalized service, Lindsey builds trusted relationships with yacht owners, captains, crews, charter guests, and industry partners alike. She believes successful yacht management begins with transparency, communication, and a deep understanding of each vessel’s unique goals and opportunities. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, she develops tailored strategies designed to maximize vessel utilization, strengthen brand reputation, and enhance the ownership experience.
Passionate about growing the maritime industry throughout the Pacific Northwest, Lindsey actively participates in regional boating events, professional associations, and industry initiatives that support education, innovation, and responsible growth within the marine sector.
