Mathieu Bardon is Managing Partner of Worth Avenue Yachts Europe and an experienced yacht broker specializing in the sale, purchase, construction and charter of motor yachts over 24 meters. He primarily represents clients from Europe and the Middle East, including private clients and family offices requiring knowledgeable and discreet representation.

Mathieu developed his interest in yachting through summer employment and university internships within the marine industry. He joined Worth Avenue Yachts in 2019 as a Junior Sales Broker before advancing to Director and then Managing Partner for Europe. Today, he leads the company’s European sales and charter professionals while working closely with Worth Avenue Yachts’ U.S. team on international yacht transactions.

Mathieu has developed particular expertise in Italian-built motor yachts, including yachts constructed by Sanlorenzo, Riva, Azimut and Pershing. Worth Avenue Yachts’ transaction records credit him individually or jointly with 11 completed yacht sales ranging from 52 to 143 feet and representing more than €58.5 million in recorded purchase prices. His notable transactions include the €28.5 million sale of the 143-foot Sanlorenzo TOLEMAI, the €7.9 million sale of the 112-foot Sanlorenzo TOLEMAI, the €6 million sale of the 83-foot Riva SEDICI and the €5.01 million sale of the 88-foot Riva RIGHT NOW. He has also represented significant yachts for sale, including the 91-meter M/Y DUBAWI.

In addition to brokerage sales, Mathieu advises clients on new-build yacht projects and arranges charters aboard motor yachts over 40 meters. His technical education gives him a practical understanding of yacht construction, engines and onboard systems, helping clients evaluate both the operational and financial considerations of yacht ownership.

Known for his persistence and hands-on approach, Mathieu stays closely involved throughout the purchase, sale or construction process. He coordinates with captains, yacht managers, shipyards and technical specialists and continues to support clients after a transaction is complete. The trust he develops with yacht owners has also led clients to engage Worth Avenue Yachts for owner-representation services.

Outside of yachting, Mathieu enjoys traveling to less-frequented destinations and discovering authentic local restaurants and cuisine.
