    Detailed Information

Entering the main salon through the glass sliding doors, you first notice the large glass windows that run the length of

the salon. To port you have a large L-shaped settee and opposite a love-seat to starboard that hides a pop-up TV

behind it. To starboard you also have a custom built-in bar area with storage for glassware & bottles.

Continuing forward is a formal dining area seating (6) to port, and a staircase to starboard that leads down to the

    guest accommodations.

Both the galley & lower helm are all the way forward and can be separated from the rest of the living spaces by a

hidden pocket door & shade the lowers down. The galley is to port and has a full-size refrigerator & freezer, 4-burner

stove top, microwave/convection oven and plenty of storage including a large pantry. This allows the owner & guests

to provision for long passages. There is also a side entry way to starboard which allows the crew to enter this space

without having to interrupt the guests in the main salon. Upgraded for separation between galley and lower helm to

allow for private dining and silver service option as needed for guests.

The lower helm has (2) comfortable leather helm chairs and excellent visibility surrounded by windows. The helm

features (2) Raymarine touch screen monitors, bow & stern thruster controls, joystick, Seakeeper gyro monitor and a

small sliding window that allows the captain to communicate with the deck crew while docking.

Heading down the stairs from the salon you enter a corridor that features a side-by-side full washer & dryer hidden

    out of sight.

The full beam master en-suite is located back aft in the most comfortable area of the yacht when underway. Entering

the cabin, you have a centerline king berth & a sitting area to port, as well as a large cedar lined closet with both

hanging space & drawers, and owner’s safe. Forward of that is the master bath featuring Italian marble counter tops,

large shower, sink, toilet and bidet. A flat screen is mounted on the wall towards the starboard side where you will

also find another handing locker, and drawer storage. Large glass windows are on both the port & starboard side and

feature a small port hole in case the owner wants to enjoy a fresh air breeze when under way or at

anchor. All mattresses are custom made for each stateroom.

Moving forward down the corridor you have a guest cabin to starboard featuring a glass port hole, 2 single berths,

hanging locker & storage drawers, flat screen TV and direct access to the day head. The bathroom features Italian

marble counters, toilet, sink, glass vanity and large shower.

Across the corridor to port you have a bunk room that has hanging locker, drawers, and a flat screen TV. This cabin

    also has a port hole.

All the way forward towards the bow you will find the VIP en-suite that can almost be considered a second master.

There is a centerline queen berth that is surrounded by built-in cabinetry, a large glass window to port & starboard

both of which have port holes that can be opened for fresh air.

To starboard you have a wall mounted flatscreen TV & hanging locker. To port you have the VIP head with Italian

marble counter tops, glass vanity, toilet, shower & sink.

The aft deck has a large high gloss varnished dining table with seating up to (10) guests and large glass sliding doors

that can be locked open combining the interior & exterior spaces into one. You also have a side boarding door to

starboard & port. The entire main deck has teak decks leading all the way from the swim platform to the bow area.

A large staircase leads up to the flybridge from the aft deck and is easy to climb with built in teak steps. The entire

sundeck has teak decks & a large hard top with a retractable sunroof.

The aft section of the sundeck has custom storage for (2) paddle boards connected to the stainless-steel safety rails

that surround the entire area. A seating area with (2) separate settees seat up to (6), forward of that you have an

open area that the current owner utilizes with (2) teak shay lounge chairs. You have a mast in the middle that has a

built-in rain shower and Fusion XM stereo system controls.

To port you have an additional storage cabinet with high gloss varnished teak doors with plenty of counter space. As

well as, a full-service bar area with sink, refrigerator, ice maker, and grill.

Moving forward you have the dining area that easily seats (8) to port. To starboard you have the upper helm that is

equally as equipped as the one down below with (2) leather helm chairs, (2) Raymarine flat screen monitors, joystick

controls, bow & stern thruster, and VHF.

Both the port & starboard sides have full walkarounds with high bulkheads making it extremely safe to walk to the bow

even in less than perfect weather.

The bow area serves as its own private exterior lounge area complete with Fusion XM stereo radio, sun-pads, dining,

drink holders, table, and (4) removable composite posts that can be installed so a large sunshade is added. This

allows the space to be utilized when at anchor and protect you from the hot sun. (4) Large storage compartments &

your ground tackle with windlass controls finish the space.

6 Stairs from the aft deck located to port & starboard lead down to the transom that has a hydraulic swim platform that

lowers to launch the AB Tender with 40 HP Yamaha. There is also access to the crew accommodations that have a small mess

area, private cabin & full bath.

Engine room access is gained from a hatch located in the aft deck. You have over 7’ of head room throughout and

plenty of open space to store spare parts, bicycles, SeaBobs, or water sports equipment. There is an Onan

generator, water maker, Volvo Penta D13 engines organized in a fashion that allows the captain or owner operator to

easily change filters or engine oil with easy access to major machinery. Even a sight glass allows you to check on

    your fuel levels.
