Custom Interior & Accommodations
The interior separates BEAR FLAG III from a typical commercial fishing platform. Custom old-growth Koa wood sourced from the 1960s gives the salon and accommodations a distinctive character rarely found aboard a vessel of this size. The boat features one stateroom with three berths, while the salon dining table lowers and converts into an additional sleeping berth, providing flexible accommodations for longer trips. The galley is exceptionally well equipped with a Viking six-burner induction range, two stainless-steel Vitrifrigo refrigerators, and two stainless-steel Vitrifrigo freezers with an ice maker. Additional onboard features include a 100-gallon freshwater tank, saltwater-flush toilet, and convenient engine-room access through the bunk room.

Fishing Equipment
BEAR FLAG III was designed with commercial fishing in mind and carries an impressive equipment package. Highlights include deep-drop buoy gear, two custom hydraulic pullers, a transom bait tank, Eskimo ice maker, and an enormous insulated fish hold with cold plates measuring approximately 6’ L × 4’ W × 4’ D. The aft driving station allows the operator to control the boat while actively fishing or working gear, while the approximately 500-gallon fuel capacity provides the range needed for serious offshore operations.
Electronics include a Furuno TZT2 multifunction display and Simrad autopilot.
