    Detailed Information

Boarding DEAR HENRI is via the swim platform on a floating dock or the port or starboard hinged gates on a fixed dock.

The Aft Deck is huge and has plenty of room for a buyer supplied free standing table and deck chairs.

Wide walk around side decks lead forward, curved teak steps lead to the Flybridge. A large double pane sliding door leads to the yacht’s interior.

The Salon has a leather tile sole and is wide open to include a service bar to starboard, a table to port with two upholstered chairs and a large seating group to port. Forward is a TV and bookshelves.

Continuing forward to starboard are stairs to below, stairs to the Pilothouse and next forward a proper dining room with an oval table six chairs and a large TV.
Off the Dining Room are both a Day Head and an Office. Further forward is the Galley, a crew dinette and access to the Crew Area. The Crew Area has three cabins and three heads.

The Lower Cabin area has a large Companionway at the bottom of the stairs with a king size Master aft with His and Her Heads, port and starboard twin cabins with ensuite heads and a VIP Cabin forward with a double and single berth and an ensuite head.

Entered via a stainless steel trimmed sliding door the Salon has a large open feeling. Leather tiles are on the sole. Immediately to starboard is a walk behind service bar. Cabinets enclose a Vitrifrigo drink fridge and an Isotherm icemaker. Additional cabinets and hinged top that reveal a stainless steel bar sink to complete the bar.

To port is a small table and two upholstered chairs. Next forward is a built in U shaped seven cushion sofa to seat six. A three cushion sofa is opposite with a cocktail table between.

The forward bulkhead is lined with eight large fiddled bookshelves and a centered 42” Samsung TV, a Bose Lifestyle stereo, an HD Direct TV and a Blue Ray player. A series of cabinets, some with drawers within line the starboard side of the Salon. Five panel port and starboard house side windows with wood mini blinds offer plenty of ambient lighting

*Numerous cabinets in the Salon need refinishing due to clouding of the clear finish on the wood.

Via a Pantograph starboard side deck door the entrance area has leather tile soles aft to the Salon, forward to the Dining Room. Inboard are steps to the Pilothouse and steps to the cabins below.

Next forward is the formal Dining Room with a highly varnished oval wood table, six leather chairs and a 65” Samsung TV on the aft bulkhead, 18 burlwood cabinets surround the table offering great storage for dinnerware and accessories. A ceiling detail above mimics the table shape, overhead are 20 lights. Side windows with wood mini blinds offer great ambient lighting. The sole is leather tiles.

DEAR HENRI is a very voluminous modern looking Italian design at a very modest price. As such, there is still work to be done, most of it cosmetic. The current owner has spent over $370,000 on engine work, a new generator, hydraulics etc. to get her operational.

Items needing attention are noted with a * in the listing and are easily seen in the photos.

Representing a great value for the right buyer, DEAR HENRI can once again be a great four cabin yacht, with a completion price far below the price of other 110’ yachts.

    *US duty paid*

While every effort was made to list all pertinent included equipment aboard DEAR HENRI, there are some personal belongings aboard. Prospective purchasers should assume any item not specifically mentioned herein will not convey at closing.
