JONATHAN CHAPMAN ELECTED YBAA PRESIDENT
Worth Avenue Yachts is pleased to congratulate Jonathan Chapman on his election as President of the Yacht Brokers Association of America, effective February 4, 2021. His term will run through February 2023 and is a true testament to his standard of skill and character. Jonathan has been an active member of YBAA for the past two decades, holding positions on the board for the past six years.
The Yacht Brokers Association of America, Inc. (YBAA) was founded in 1920 and is the oldest and largest purely professional yacht broker association in the world, with Corporate members (brokerage firms & their brokers) and Affiliate members (companies providing services and products to the industry) throughout the U.S. and Canada. YBAA members are committed to professionalism, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, have access to standardized yacht transaction contracts and provide educational services throughout the industry. YBAA is also a founder of the Certified Professional Yacht Broker (CPYB) program, co-sponsored by every yacht broker association in the U.S. and Canada.
