Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll wear many hats to ensure the smooth operation of our sales processes. Your duties will include:
- Supporting the Sales Team: Providing crucial assistance to our sales professionals, including preparing sales documents and maintaining brokers’ listings.
- Office Management: Answering phones, maintaining the office space, and serving as the point person for various tasks such as maintenance, supplies, and errands.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Organizing meetings, appointments, and events, and coordinating with IT support for office equipment.
- CRM Management: Inputting and distributing leads in our CRM system to facilitate efficient sales processes.
- Flexibility: Being prepared to work some weekends and assist with boat shows and events as needed.
Qualifications:
We’re seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with both Apple and Windows platforms
- Experience with Photoshop and ad preparation is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Maritime experience is desirable but not required
